Minimum Orders

In order to maintain low prices and quality hardware we require a $200.00 minimum total order.  Items must be ordered in even bag quantities.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours.  All prices are quoted FOB our facility unless specifically quoted. 

Safety Notice

When Keystone products are used and safety is a factor, Keystone advises the purchaser or consumer to consult the manufacturer for safety data and adequacy of the product for the particular usage involved.  Customer's assume all risk and liability. 

Claims

All claims must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.  All defective, damaged, lost or short shipped merchandise must be filed in writing.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and must be returned in good working condition.
